Refund & Credit Policy

Webinars, Online Classes, and Digital Downloads
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for webinars, online classes, or downloadable products.

Physical Store Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at orders@argumentdriveninquiry.com, call 512-777-4099, or use our live chat to report the issue. Be sure to include details about the product and the defect so we can make it right.

Workshops Cancellation & Substitutions Policy

 

If You Need to Cancel
We depend on an accurate attendance count to properly plan each workshop. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing via email or fax at least 21 days before the first day of the scheduled workshop. We will confirm your cancellation within three business days.

 

Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance are subject to a non-refundable $15 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the workshop. Please keep this in mind when registering.

 

If We Cancel a Workshop
Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) reserves the right to cancel any workshop for any reason, including inclement weather (see below). If a workshop is canceled, we will notify you immediately using the contact information you provided. You will receive a full refund of all workshop fees, issued to the original form of payment. ADI is not responsible for any expenses incurred beyond the workshop registration fee.

 

Substitutions
If you’re unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. The substitute does not need to teach the same grade level or have the same role. To request a substitution, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (512-777-4099) or email.

Changing Workshop Location
If you need to switch to a different workshop location, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if space is available.

Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather, please call ahead to confirm whether the workshop is still taking place. If we cancel due to weather, we’ll notify you using your provided contact information and post an announcement on the ADI website. A full refund of your workshop registration fee will be issued if the event is canceled due to weather.
