Help your students feel like they belong in Math, Engineering, and Science
At an ADI STEM Camp, students get the opportunity to engage in a series of engineering, math, or science investigations that develop their scientific inquiry, mathematical thinking, problem-solving, reading, and writing skills. Students are guided through a series of investigations that help them better understand the theme of the STEM Camp, “Making the World a Better Place”. Each investigation builds upon deep concepts and understandings that allow students to formulate insights into how the world works and how to make it better. While learning about how to make the world a better place, students tap into their curiosity and learn to ask questions that empower them to seek their own answers.
What will students learn through the Design Challenges or Investigations?

How will your teachers benefit?
Teachers will spend two days learning about the ADI in Engineering, Science, and Math instructional model. They then have the option to stay and assist the ADI Team as they facilitate the camp so they can learn how to facilitate these design challenges in their own classroom. Teachers will experience ADI instead of hearing about ADI. Your teachers will keep the instructional materials so that they are equipped to run these design challenges with the rest of the students in your district the following school year.
Help students become knowers and doers of math, science or engineering
- "The best part about camp this week was that I was able to build a highway safety barrier and I never knew that was a thing until Tuesday at Stem Camp!"
